  • Eat a well balanced Breakfast within an hour of waking up
  • Strive to get 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night- This is KEY for our well-being and keeping our WEIGHT under Control

  • Limit alcohol, sugar, sweets, and any processed food from your diet
